Is it possible to add a scrollbar to a multiline TextInput?

Starling version? Or OpenFL?

In the Starling version, the TextInput provides its own (native) scroll bar on mobile. On desktop, you must use TextArea instead.

In OpenFL, TextArea should be used on both mobile and desktop.

Hi Josh, it's theStarling version I'm working with.

I've realised the issue is that the scroll bar is currently being rendered in a transparent white color. Set over my white TextInput background is obviously invisible.

It looks like this is handled by the dark/light iOS appearance setting.

Do you know of any way to control this color setting?

As far as I know, there's no control over how this native scroll bar looks or behaves.
